Our aim is to take the stress out of moving home for you and your family, whilst giving you the peace of mind your property is being dealt with compassionately.

We sort through your items carefully, quite often finding items of financial and/or sentimental value, including items thought to have been lost forever.

Working with you, helps to determine what you would love to keep and move to your new home, plus send/give to family and friends.  You also receive some companionship and support during this emotional time.

Listening to your stories, helps us to identify what is sentimental to you and your family, what items are of value and who you would like to continue to cherish them.  You chose your amount of involvement in the project, preferred charity(s) and any preferred service providers.

Once we have packed the items to be kept, we move them to the new home, unpack and put them away, making the place look homely.  Having moved several seniors into aged care facilities, we have an understanding or what and how much can be taken, including items to make it feel like your place.

Your health is of importance to us, so we ensure you take appropriate breaks, plus we do all the heavy lifting for you.  To reduce the emotional stress related to moving and having to say good-bye to many items, as they will not all fit when downsizing, we organise your project time-frames to suit you.  Often selling, donating and discarding items after you are settled into your new home.


It is a very emotional and stressful time when losing a loved one.  There is also a great deal of work to be done by the Executor of the Will.

Being an executor may be your business, or you may be a family member or a great friend of the newly deceased and now the executor.  Either way, you may not be used to clearing out a home and overwhelmed with the thought of where to start and how to go about it.

Regular communication with the executor enables Colomba Property to ensure the property is dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner.  Whether you would like the property cleared quickly or over an extended period of time, is your choice.

Family tensions sometimes create issues when dealing with property, so we will refer to the executor for guidance, whilst ensuring the sentimental and valued items are kept.



Your health and well-being mean a lot to us, so our staff and sub-contractors have their flu vaccinations annually, plus we schedule our work with you to best manage any health issues.

Our staff and subcontractors also have police checks, so you can be assured we only employ the best staff and work with honesty and integrity.
